Submitting an appointment request form does not mean that the appointment has been confirmed. An appointment is confirmed only after Wa Pet Clinic & Studio contacts the customer and both parties agree on the appointment details.

Customers may withdraw their consent by following the procedure described in Section 11 of this Policy. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal takes effect.
